Do I need any prior experience to take this course?
A: Not at all. Reiki Level One is designed for complete beginners. You don’t need any prior knowledge of energy healing—just an open heart and curiosity.
What happens during a Reiki attunement?
A: The attunements, which there are 4, are a sacred, energetic process led by Anna that opens and aligns your energy channels to Reiki. This allows you to begin working with the healing energy for yourself and others. Once you enrol, suitable times for your attunements will be arranged to be carried out over zoom.
How is the course delivered?
A: You will receive 4 live Zoom attunements with Anna. The rest of the training is delivered with recordings provided so you can revisit the teachings anytime. You’ll also receive digital manuals, guided practices, and a certificate of completion.
Will I be able to practice Reiki on others after this course?
A: Yes. Reiki Level One empowers you to give Reiki to yourself, friends, family, and pets. If you wish to practice professionally as a Reiki Practitioner, you can continue on to Reiki Level Two.
Q: Will I receive a certificate?
A: Absolutely! Once you complete the course and attunements, you’ll receive a Reiki Level One Certificate via email.
Q: I’ve already done Reiki Level One, can I still join this course?
A: Yes. Every Reiki teacher brings a unique energy and perspective to their training. If you’d like to continue your Reiki journey to Level Two or Master level with Anna, you’ll need to complete your Level One attunements through her. If you’ve previously trained with another practitioner, feel free to reach out, a discounted rate is available for existing Reiki Level One students looking to refresh or realign their practice.

I began my Reiki journey at the ago of 16, completing Certificate One and before 18, I had completed my Certificate two.
I have been a Reiki Master / Teacher for over 17 years and find this to be one of the most gentle, transformational and self-empowering healing modalities.
For those who are awakening to energy work is creates a wonderful foundation to explore and commence the path of a healer. And the more you immerse into the healing energy of Reiki, the richer this soul journey becomes.
I have worked with clients and students all over the globe with the Reiki modality and each healing given or lesson shared is like a home-coming for the soul (for me and the people I work with).
